 PLENTY OF PARKING AVAILABLE IN THE PRUNEYARD'S PARKING DECK -- The Garage has 754 parking spots that are easy to access from the Campbell Avenue or Creekside entrances.

Camera 7 Cinemas is temporarily closed as part of a fabulous new remodel! The Theater will be refurbished with leather recliner seating and a new restaurant and bar that will offer in-theater dining. Movies will be presented in state-of-the-art Sony 4K Projection and Dolby Surround Sound.

DoubleTree by Hilton. The Pruneyard just completed a major renovation of the property’s DoubleTree by Hilton. Interior enhancements and new guest amenities include a remodeled lobby, refreshed corridors, the addition of dining services - with the launch of PY Kitchen & Wine Garden - and a 1,700-square-foot fitness center. Top-to-bottom exterior improvements feature new landscaping, updated plazas and inviting public spaces, furnishings around the pool patios as well as a new roof and paint.

Tin Pot Creamery, the small-batch organic ice-cream shop co-founded by former Facebook pastry chef, Becky Sunseri, opened its first South Bay location at The Pruneyard. 

Blossom Nail Spa, a full-service nail salon offering a variety of spa manicure and pedicure treatments, waxing and facials.

What's New

Trudys Brides & Special Occasions, which has been at The Pruneyard for over 43 years and is an institution in the Bay Area for weddings and formal affairs, just completed a 12-month extensive remodel that features more floor space, and Northern California's largest two-level wedding and party dress salon.

Coming to The Pruneyard

The Pruneyard will be home to a robust new selection of innovative, new-to-the-market dining concepts and retailers. 

Burger Lounge will open its very first Northern California location at The Pruneyard. This popular fast-casual restaurant features grass-fed burgers and organic salads.

Mendocino Farms is also launching its first Northern California establishment at The Pruneyard. This artisan sandwich market is known for sourcing seasonal ingredients from local farmers and for creating a friendly vibe where customers feel like family and “eat happy”. 

Lulu’s, a family-run taqueria, is also expanding to the South Bay, offering fresh, authentic Mexican fare. 

Asian Box will introduce its “farm-to-box” Asian street food to the Campbell community.

Peet’s Coffee & Tea will open on the Plaza in a new stunning jewel-box building. Peet’s will offer both indoor and outdoor café seating.

Books Inc., the West’s oldest independent bookseller features an unparalleled selection of books, gifts, and periodicals. In addition, Books Inc. hosts author appearances, book clubs, and children's events.

Future Remodel:

Trader Joe’s has made a long-term commitment to the community with its plans to remodel and expand.
